Questions about Santa Barbara County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court cases to the Superior Court, sheriff reports and local letters to the Records Bureau, and a person’s own statewide summary to the California Department of Justice.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve official records, conduct an authorized check, correct a file, or receive an expungement petition. Those services remain with the responsible public office.
